A typical line may consist of a primer coat, followed by a top coat, and can be followed by clear/lacquer coat. AA PAINTSHOP SOLUTION offers different kinds of liquid painting booths โ with both Wet Type and Dry Type options.
AA PAINTSHOP SOLUTION offers a wide range of Powder Coating Plants and accessories. We provide both Conveyorized and Batch Type Plants. Conveyorized Plants are recommended where production volume is high, and Batch Type Plants are provided for smaller production volumes.
The Powder Coating Booths are provided with Automatic and Manual type of coating, with high-end powder recovery systems.
Powder Coating Batch Ovens are industrial ovens specifically designed to provide a controlled and uniform curing environment for powder-coated parts. These ovens are used in the finishing process of metal products to provide a durable and attractive surface coating that is resistant to corrosion and weathering.
The main function of the Curing Oven is to bake the paint sprayed on components through electrostatic coating process or manually. The air temperature inside the oven is maintained as required (up to 200ยฐC).
The Curing Oven uses an indirect fired gas burner. Burner is fired in the burner box where air from the oven enters and heat is transferred to the oven air. The temperature of the oven is maintained through a Temp indicator cum controller.
Motorized wire mesh conveyor belt with supported sections to guide chain at horizontal. Proper drive unit & take-up units for smooth running even at spraying and heating areas. Ideal for continuous high-volume production.
Dip pre-treatment is a process where the substrate passes through different chemical/water stages like degreasing, rinsing, and phosphating. This process cleans the component from dirt, dust, and oil โ and gives phosphate coating on the substrate, improving corrosion resistance of steel surfaces and making them more receptive for further paint coating.
After every chemical spray stage, either one or multiple water rinse stages are provided to reduce contamination. Various equipment such as heating systems and oil separation units can be added based on customer requirements.
Motorized conveyor systems with closed/open type track, duly supported sections to guide the chain โ not only at horizontal but also at vertical bends. Proper drive unit and take-up units are provided for smooth running of conveyor even at spraying and heating areas.
One drive unit has been provided for the total length of conveyor installed. Centralized air mist lubrication unit is also provided for on-line lubrication โ eliminating the need for manual maintenance stops.
Air Supply Unit (ASU) is intended to positively pressurize the Spray Painting Booth. We integrate the ASU as per the actual requirement of the paint shop and site conditions. ASU resists entry of dust inside the paint shop area, especially paint booths, and offers operator comfort with air filtration as per requirement.
GI Duct Work โ Ducts are conduits used in HVAC systems to deliver and remove air. The needed airflows include supply air, return air, and exhaust air. Air ducts ensure acceptable indoor air quality as well as thermal comfort in paint shop environments.
Pipeline Insulation (Hot/Cold) โ Pipe insulation is a vital component of any piping system that helps to maintain the temperature of the line, reduce energy loss, and prevent condensation.
